  • What payment do you accept?
    We accept major credit card / debit card payment in the United States and International. As well as check payment and wire transfer. If you want a local pick-up, cash payment is also acceptable.
  • How do I return or exchange my order?

  • Do you ship out of the United States?
    Yes and No. Generally we ship to Canada without any problem. However, if your shipping address is not in Canada or United States, please consult our customer service team before placing an order. Because some countries have regulations on importing and clearance.
  • Do you accept Net-30 payment terms?
    We don't accept post-payment unless your business has signed a Net-30 payment contract with us. Generally a total of $2,000 order amount is required to start a Net-30 payment contract with us.
  • Do you charge sales tax?
    Since we don't have any nexus out of California, we only charge sales tax to shipping address in California. If your shipping address is out of California, you don't pay sales tax on your order. The sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. If you are re-selling in California, you can contact us to provide your sales permit so that we can waive your sales tax as well.
