Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

J&J Orthodontics is committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.  

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified.

  • Some larger orders that exceed our current inventory may experience some delay with buyer's approval.

  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances or with notified event.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of domestic and international shipping options through reputable carriers. Shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout when available.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping service. Shipping fees will be displayed before your order is finalized.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or government agencies after the shipment has been dispatched.

6. Shipping Address

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, resulting in additional shipping charges, delivery delays, returned shipments, or lost packages, the buyer shall be responsible for any associated costs.

Requests to change the shipping address after an order has been shipped cannot be guaranteed.

International Orders

We are pleased to offer international shipping to customers worldwide. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Contact Information for Customs Clearance

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the provided telephone number and email address remain valid, active, and accessible throughout the shipping process. Customs authorities or the designated shipping carrier may contact the buyer to request additional information or documentation necessary for customs clearance.

Failure to respond promptly to such requests may result in delays, storage charges, return of the shipment, or abandonment of the package. We shall not be responsible for any losses or additional costs arising from the buyer's failure to provide or maintain valid contact information or to respond to customs inquiries.

2. Customs Clearance

The buyer is solely responsible for complying with all import regulations and customs requirements in the destination country. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Providing any documentation required by customs authorities.

  • Obtaining any necessary import permits or licenses.

  • Completing customs clearance procedures.

  • Cooperating with customs authorities and the shipping carrier as required.

4. Import Duties, Tariffs, Taxes, and Fees

International shipments may be subject to import duties, tariffs, customs fees, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, all such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges collected by us.

5. Delays Due to Customs

Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by customs inspections, government agencies, import restrictions, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond the seller's reasonable control. We are not liable for delivery delays resulting from customs processing.

6. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to the buyer's failure to:

  • Pay applicable duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs fees;

  • Complete customs clearance requirements;

  • Respond to customs or carrier communications; or

  • Accept delivery,

the buyer shall remain responsible for all shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, storage charges, and any other expenses incurred. Any refund, if approved, will be issued only after these costs have been deducted from the original purchase price.

 

7. Compliance with Local Laws The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the products ordered are permitted to be imported into the destination country. The seller is not responsible for shipments delayed, seized, confiscated, or destroyed due to local import restrictions or regulatory requirements. 8. Acceptance of Terms By placing an international order, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy and accept full responsibility for complying with the customs and import requirements of the destination country.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return

J&J Orthodontics has a 30-day Hassle-Free Return Policy. For the convenience of our customers, we give up to 30-day return period for you to return the items from the checkout date.

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise or delivery confirmation.

 

Refunds & Credits

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of purchase.

For international orders, if the order is refused or returned by buyer without our consent, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping and the order payment may not be refunded.

 

Exchanges

If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed.

 

Conditions

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, J&J reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals (if has), and all accessories.

CSY is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.

All refund and exchange shipping expenses are excluded unless the merchandise is defective on arrival.

STEP 2 INFORMATION CONFIRM

We will confirm your return information and you will receive your Return Label by email.

STEP 3 PACK YOUR ITEM

Place your item in the original manufacturer's packaging.

Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.

 

STEP 4 SHIP YOUR ITEM

Use the Return Label we provided to return your package.

Return / Exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer if it is at buyer's fault.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
